It was just an ideal choice for a short interlude in Rome with exceptional value. The son of the owners was super helpful and spoke great English, which made our stay even better. Just be cautious when walking around at night to feel more secure.

The charming retro Italian decor made me feel like I was in a classic film. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, which I truly appreciated during my stay. It was like being wrapped in a warm hug.
A bit more privacy in bathrooms would help.

The dining scene nearby is a treasure trove! I devoured some of the finest Italian dishes at Trattoria Monti and grabbed a quick bite at Kin's Crunchy Chicken. Plus, the charming old couple hosting us felt like family! The room was always spotless, making it a home away from home.
You could say the area felt a bit sketchy for two ladies wandering around, but we kept it cool and had no issues. Plus, with all our sightseeing, my legs might still be in recovery mode!

Convenient location and lovely hospitality
I really enjoyed my stay in a cozy room that was impeccably clean and had a delightful retro vibe. The hosts made us feel welcome, providing tea and water upon arrival, and they kept the place spotless during our visit. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the main attractions, and very close to Termini station. While the room was charming, it would have been nice to have a private bathroom.

a perfect base for exploring rome's treasures and parks
I loved that we were just a short walk from the majestic Colosseum, which made for a stunning view during our city strolls, and the beautiful Basilica of St Mary of the Angels and the Martyrs was only about 500 meters away, allowing us to enjoy its impressive architecture at leisure. overall, our experience was delightful, but the bathroom setup could offer a bit more privacy for future guests.

missingWrote a review on 27 Maygood locationspacious bathroomtoilet placement
Location offers easy access to local attractions, making it a solid base for exploration. The spacious bathroom provides ample room, even though its layout might take some getting used to.
The toilet situation is awkward, sharing space with the shower—you'll need to kick off your socks since the setup can get wet. After a few days, a mild odor seeped in, despite daily cleaning, which might be a turnoff for some. Additionally, the window blinds are locked. while the ceiling fan helps, being unable to open them feels limiting.
